Join a dynamic team of professionals and take on a challenging role as a Technical Solutions Expert.

We are seeking a skilled individual to fill the position of Principal Consultant–Application Support L2. As a key member of our Cora support team, you will be responsible for resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution
  • Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve customer issues
  • Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
  • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers

In addition to your technical expertise, you should possess excellent communication skills and be able to effectively articulate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key qualifications include:

  • Good Understanding of Salesforce platform (Advanced Admin and Code level understanding)
  • Hands on experience in Prompt Engineering/Re-engineering
  • Deep understanding on Generative AI and Agentic AI
  • Basis understanding on Azure Open AI, associated tools and components
  • Basic understanding on Grafana Dashboards creation
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and define approaches to bring unfocused issues to resolution
