The primary objective of this role is to ensure seamless analysis and conversion of business requirements into effective technical solutions. As a key member of the Engineering and Product teams, you will be responsible for crafting detailed technical documentation that aligns with user needs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Understand customer requirements to develop tailored solutions.">
  • Lead the elicitation, documentation, and prioritization of functional and non-functional requirements.">
  • Analyze and define the impact of requirements on transactions and system components.">
  • Develop EPICs, business stories, and technical change requests to support development.">
  • Collaborate with software developers and architects to define solution designs.">
  • Support development, testing phases, and implementation of new features.">
  • Conduct demonstrations of functional enhancements to stakeholders.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Relevant certifications are an added advantage. You should possess extensive experience as a Techno-functional role specializing in airline operations or related domains.
