Technical Analyst

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting & Support ○Diagnose and resolve customer reported issues on Dozee devices (sensors, gateways, Android Management) ○Perform root cause analysis of hardware, firmware, and network failures; drive corrective actions ○Document incidents in JIRA (or equivalent),maintain clear, action able knowledge-base articles ○Monitor network performance, latency, and packet loss; recommend optimizations for reliable up time ○Assist in firmware updates, over-the-air(OTA) rollouts, and version management
  ●Data Analytics & Reporting ○Analyze telemetry and logs to spot patterns and anomalies ○Generate weekly/ monthly reports on device healthmetrics, up time statistics, and MTTR (Mean Time To Repair) ○Propose data driven improvements for predictive maintenance and proactive support
  ●Cross-Functional Collaboration ○Work closely with Software, Hardware, and QA teams to communicate field feedback and bug trends ○Participate in sprint planning and technical design reviews to ensure supportability ○Train Customer Success and field engineers on common "quick-fix" procedures and best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
• 3+ years of hands-on support/troubleshooting experience with IoT devices or Android systems
• Proficient in Python.
• Good analytical skills: adept at SQL queries, basic data visualization, and log-file analysis
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to document technical issues clearly
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity environment; self-starter mentality

Nice to Have

• Experience with OTA firmware deployment tools
• Little Hands-on exposure to microcontroller development (Arduino, Raspberry Pi, ESP series)
• Knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, UDP) and network-analysis tools (Wireshark)
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs for integration (Postman, cURL or language-specific HTTP libraries)
