We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Technical Analyst to join our leading IT Training and Remote Virtual Labs provider. As a Technical Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality and comprehensive training experiences to our students across various IT courses. Your expertise will guide the course design, trainer evaluation, lab setup, and technical requirements assessment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Training Needs Analysis:

· Collaborate with the operations team to understand the training needs and objectives of our clients.

· Validate course outlines and training plans to ensure alignment with industry trends and technical advancements.

2. Subject Matter Expertise:

· Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in various IT domains, staying up-to-date with the latest technological developments and trends.

· Provide expert insights to trainers and clients, offering guidance on technical concepts and best practices.

3. Trainer Evaluation:

· Assess the technical skills of trainers recruited by the sourcing team, ensuring their competence to deliver high-quality training.

· Collaborate with the training team to provide constructive feedback and support for trainer development.

4. Lab Environment Setup:

· Analyse the feasibility of lab exercises and activities for different IT courses.

· Discuss and document detailed lab topology and setup procedures for trainers and the lab team.

5. Technical Requirements Analysis:

· Evaluate software and hardware needs for lab exercises, considering technical specifications and compatibility.

· Collaborate with the lab team to ensure seamless lab environment setup and functionality.

6. Cost Estimation:

· Calculate the effort and cost associated with delivering lab environments based on the company's costing policy.

· Provide cost breakdowns and recommendations to management for budgeting and resource allocation.

7. Technology Upgradation:

· Stay updated with the latest technologies, tools, and trends in the IT industry.

· Continuously enhance your own technical expertise to effectively guide trainers and clients.
