Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Solutions Analyst located in Bengaluru. The Technical Solutions Analyst will be responsible for conducting technical analysis, providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and employing analytical skills to solve client problems. The analyst will work closely with clients to understand their needs, communicate effectively, and ensure solutions are implemented successfully.

Qualifications

  • Technical Analysis and Analytical Skills
  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting experience
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications and experience in IT solutions and business process improvements are a plus
  • Experience in providing on-site technical support and client interactions is beneficial
