Job Title: Business System Analyst

Location: 3 days work from office, Bangalore (Candidate must be located in Bangalore)

Start Date- ASAP (We need immediate joiners here)

Job Description:

Level of experience required: 6 years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.

Details/Scope of the project: We are seeking Business Systems Analysts (BSA) to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will analyze business processes, gather requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement system enhancements. This role requires strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and the ability to translate business objectives into functional requirements.

Team Technical Stack: BigQuery, SQL and data analysis tools, GCP, Kafka

Must have skills for this role:

Key Responsibilities: Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, challenges, and objectives. Document functional and technical requirements for product enhancements and new implementations. Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, and data models.

System Implementation & Support: Collaborate with engineering team to design and implement solutions. Conduct impact analysis and feasibility studies for new features and system modifications. Support testing efforts by defining test cases and assisting with UAT (User Acceptance Testing).

Data & Process Optimization: Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and automation. Work with data teams to ensure system data integrity and reporting accuracy. Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.

Stakeholder Communication & Documentation: Act as a liaison between business users, development team . Create clear and concise documentation, including business process diagrams, system workflows, and training materials.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience: 6 years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst or similar role. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.

1 to 2 Years of Experience in Business Analyst and 1 to 2 years Experience in GCP and Big query

Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools.

Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
