We are seeking a dynamic QA/Business Analyst with a strong QA foundation combined with analytical and coordination skills to ensure end-to-end quality delivery. This role requires close collaboration with development, delivery, and client stakeholders to uphold the highest standards of performance, security, and functionality.

Qualifications:

B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical or Electronic with a good academic background.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive manual, automation, and performance testing for project deliverables.
  • Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium or Playwright.
  • Perform performance testing using tools like JMeter or Azure Load Testing.
  • Execute security testing using OWASP ZAP, Fiddler, or similar tools to identify vulnerabilities and ensure application integrity.
  • Develop and maintain automation and performance scripts using Python, C#, PowerShell, or JavaScript.
  • Integrate automated test suites into Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines to enhance continuous testing.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit requirements, prepare test cases, and support UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
  • Act as a bridge between development, delivery, and client teams to ensure smooth communication and timely resolution of issues.
  • Participate in defect triage, test planning, and quality review sessions.
  • Maintain documentation for test artefacts, ensuring full traceability between requirements, test cases, and deliverables.
  • Provide domain insights within claims, insurance, or healthcare systems for effective test coverage.
  • Well-versed with AI tools and techniques to optimise testing and analysis efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong QA background with proven hands-on experience in manual, automation, and performance testing.
  • Proficiency in Selenium, Playwright, and JMeter (or Azure Load Testing).
  • Knowledge of security testing tools and practices.
  • Strong scripting skills in Python/C#/PowerShell/JavaScript.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD integration.
  • Functional knowledge of insurance, claims, or healthcare domains.
  • Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and documentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and drive cross-functional coordination to meet delivery timelines
