Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, document processes, and support the development and implementation of software solutions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our projects and drive business value through technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and meetings to gather and prioritize requirements, and facilitate consensus among stakeholders.
  • Perform business process analysis and modeling to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
  • Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for development teams.
  • Work closely with project managers, architects, developers, and QA engineers to ensure that solutions meet business needs and quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including business requirements documents, use cases, process flows, and user manuals.
  • Support the testing, validation, and user acceptance of software solutions, and coordinate with stakeholders to address feedback and issues.
  • Monitor project progress and communicate status updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders and project teams.
  • Participate in post-implementation reviews and retrospectives to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  •  years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements using various techniques such as interviews, workshops, and surveys.
  • Experience with business process modeling tools and techniques such as BPMN or UML.
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Knowledge of project management tools such as Jira or Trello is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis) are desirable but not required.
