Behind this mission is a strong data and analytics backbone. Our Business Analysts play a critical role in enabling informed decision-making through insights, dashboards, automation, and structured analysis that support both consulting and operational excellence.

As a Business Analyst, you'll work closely with stakeholders, consulting teams, and leadership to analyze data, automate reporting, and translate business requirements into clear insights and solutions.

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from internal teams and stakeholders.
• Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau to support business and consulting decisions.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, risks, and opportunities.
• Build and maintain Python-based automation scripts to streamline data processing, reporting, and recurring workflows.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Perform data validation, quality checks, and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and reliability of insights.
• Support consulting and leadership teams with ad-hoc analysis, MIS reporting, and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (consulting, operations, tech) to ensure data alignment with business objectives.
• Assist in defining KPIs, metrics, and reporting frameworks for ongoing monitoring and improvement.
• Manage analysis deliverables end-to-end, including planning, execution, tracking, and timely completion.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure clarity, alignment, and effective communication of analytical outcomes.
• Continuously improve reporting, automation, and analytical processes using best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Tableau for dashboarding and data visualization.
• Working knowledge of Python, especially for automation, data manipulation, and scripting.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
• Experience translating business needs into data-driven insights and reports.
• Familiarity with SQL, Excel, and data modeling concepts is a plus.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
