We are looking for a skilled
Business Analyst with expertise in Agentic AI and Data
to support and drive AI-led transformation initiatives within the Banking and Financial Services domain. The role involves bridging business needs with AI-driven solutions, ensuring accurate requirement translation, data alignment, and successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support AI projects, including
    Agentic AI initiatives
    , ensuring alignment with business goals and delivery timelines.
  • Gather, analyse, and document business requirements for AI and data-driven solutions.
  • Manage and support initiatives involving:
  • Data mapping
  • Data migration
  • Data quality management
  • Translate complex business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications (BRD, FSD, User Stories).
  • Support digital transformation programs including:
  • Process digitisation
  • Customer journey optimisation
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across business, IT, and AI engineering teams to ensure solution feasibility and accuracy.
  • Apply Agile methodologies and tools such as:
  • Scrum
  • Kanban
  • Jira
  • Confluence
  • Implement and maintain project governance documentation including:
  • RAID logs
  • RACI matrices
  • Status reports
  • Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies, recommending mitigation strategies proactively.
  • Facilitate workshops, requirement walkthroughs, and stakeholder sign-offs.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination across cross-functional and cross-regional teams.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • 8+ years of experience as a
    Business Analyst / Project Manager
    in Banking & Financial Services
  • Proven experience supporting or managing
    AI-driven initiatives
  • Practical exposure to
    Agentic AI concepts or implementations
  • Strong experience in:
  • Data mapping & transformation
  • Data migration & validation
  • Data quality & governance initiatives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks and tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to AI governance and ethical AI frameworks
  • Experience with automation, machine learning, or AI-based workflow systems
  • Certifications: CBAP, SAFe, Agile, PMI-PBA
