Senior Business Analyst - Financial Markets Low-Code Platform

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 5-10 yrs

We are seeking a
technically-minded Senior Business Analyst
who thrives on solving complex problems. This pivotal role requires exceptional
communication skills
as you'll bridge the gap between our financial market clients (IT and business users) and our internal Development and Product teams. You'll be crucial in ensuring our solutions are integrated seamlessly into the client's wider business flows and systems.

What You'll Do (The Hats You'll Wear)

  • Client Interface & Requirement Gathering:
    Serve as the primary interface with clients, gathering detailed solution requirements across multiple parallel assignments.
  • Context & Data Analysis:
    Deeply analyze current/proposed business processes and client data to uncover crucial context, requirements, and potential gaps.
  • Documentation & Communication:
    Distill complex client context and requirements into clear, concise documents and diagrams for both internal teams and the client.
  • Solution Design & Strategy:
    Work closely with the Technical Architect and Product Development teams, providing critical input on business requirements to shape the detailed solution design.
  • Presentation & Validation:
    Present both captured requirements and new solution features back to the customer.
  • QA & Process Improvement:
    Perform an essential degree of QA/review for new product releases and contribute to company-wide process improvements.
  • Sales & Marketing Support:
    Assist the Sales team in customer discussions, contribute to RFPs/proposals, and provide input for marketing material.
  • Reusability Focus:
    Identify where new solutions can overlap with and reuse elements from our existing product suite.

What You'll Bring (Your Experience)

  • Experience:
    5-10 years
    of proven industry experience as a Business Analyst in building
    Capital Markets solutions
    that process financial instruments.
  • Financial Acumen:
    A strong understanding of financial application practices and knowledge of typical business flows in one or more asset types (
    equities, fixed income, FX, listed future and option, OTC derivatives
    ).
  • Technical & Analytical Skills:
    The ability to
    translate business concepts into system requirements
    and perform detailed
    gap analysis
    .
  • Methodology:
    Proven experience following
    Agile Software Development
    practices.
  • Collaboration:
    Demonstrated experience working effectively with senior
    business stakeholders and external clients
    .
  • Engagement:
    The ability to constructively critique and participate in both technical and functional discussions with talented technical architects and lead developers.
  • Education:
    BE/BSc (or higher) or equivalent work experience.
