  • Prepare proposals for all assigned Bids, RFQs, RFPs, RFIs, ensuring all requirements are met and our value proposition is clearly demonstrated.
  • Conduct kick-off and follow-up calls to track the proposal's status from initiation to completion.
  • Work closely with the legal team to review terms and conditions, flagging any exceptions.
  • Collaborate with the Pricing Manager to finalize pricing for inclusion in proposals. o Review and update proposals based on feedback from onsite stakeholders.
  • Create and update reusable artifacts to reduce turnaround time.
  • Gather necessary documents, including legal and critical reviews.
  • Track progression in to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Manage data of documents for future reference.

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in proposal preparation with a basic understanding of government contract processes.

Shift Timings: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM - Should be willing to work from the office.
