About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This is an on-site role ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are passionate about sales, digital marketing, and tech-based services.

The ideal candidate should be well-spoken, polite, and professional, with the ability to communicate clearly in both Hindi and English (spoken and written). You will play a key role in generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the company's growth.

  • Location: Rajkot – On-site
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Working Days: Monday to Saturday
  • Working Hours: 8 hours/day

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate leads through online and offline channels
  • Engage with potential clients via calls, emails, and in-person meetings
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable services and solutions
  • Follow up on leads consistently
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery
  • Maintain a database of prospects and track progress using CRM tools
  • Prepare and send professional emails, proposals, and quotations
  • Represent the company in a polite, professional, and customer-focused manner

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in BBA, BCA, or related field (mandatory)

0–1 year of experience in business development, sales, or customer-facing roles

Strong fluency in Hindi and English (both spoken and written)

Basic understanding of digital marketing and technology services

Good email writing skills and communication etiquette

Confident, persuasive, and able to work independently as well as in a team

Proficient with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
