Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Process Trainer role based in Bengaluru. The Process Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions for new hires, analyzing training needs, designing effective training programs, and evaluating employee performance to identify areas for improvement. The role also involves preparing and delivering engaging presentations and collaborating with internal teams to ensure training aligns with company objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Training Needs Analysis and New Hire Training
  • Proficiency in Presentation Skills and the ability to effectively convey complex information
  • Excellent Analytical Skills to assess training effectiveness and identify improvements
  • Exceptional Communication skills for both verbal and written interactions
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build rapport with team members
  • Organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Previous experience in a training or similar role is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant field; certification in training or facilitation is a plus
