About the Role:

We are looking for a Process Trainer who can effectively train new and existing employees on business processes, enhance their performance, and ensure that quality standards are consistently met. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills to deliver engaging and impactful training sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct process and soft skills training for new hires and existing employees.
  • Design and develop training modules, SOPs, and process documents.
  • Evaluate trainees' performance through assessments, feedback, and on-the-job monitoring.
  • Collaborate with operations and quality teams to identify performance gaps and create targeted learning interventions.
  • Maintain detailed training reports, feedback summaries, and performance trackers.
  • Support continuous learning by implementing refresher training programs and knowledge updates.
  • Ensure process compliance and improve efficiency through regular audits and coaching.
  • Stay updated with new tools, products, and process changes to ensure accurate knowledge transfer.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA or HR/Operations specialization preferred).
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Process Trainer (preferably in BPO, KPO, or service-based sectors).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and feedback skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple batches and meet tight timelines.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Experience in client communication or stakeholder management.
  • Certification in Training & Development (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Flexible to work in shifts (if required).
