Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to lead initiatives in 
Business Development and Marketing

. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, driving revenue growth, and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market presence.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target sectors.

· Develop and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

· Prepare and deliver impactful business presentations, proposals, and pitches.

· Negotiate contracts and close deals in alignment with company goals.

· Track industry trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.

Marketing

· Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital and offline) to promote services/products.

· Manage social media presence, content creation, and brand communication.

· Collaborate with design/content teams for brochures, case studies, and newsletters.

· Organize and represent the company at events, exhibitions, and conferences.

· Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize results.

· Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

· Proven sales and negotiation abilities.

· Knowledge of digital marketing tools, CRM, and analytics platforms.

· Ability to strategize, plan, and execute business expansion activities.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

· 2–6 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or marketing.

· Experience in [industry sector, e.g., education, IT, FMCG] will be an advantage.

· Achievement of sales and revenue targets.

· Number of new clients/accounts acquired.

· Client satisfaction and retention levels.
