As a Business Development Executive for our Photography & Video Production Agency -

you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our business. You will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and promoting our services to a diverse range of industries. This role requires a dynamic and strategic individual with a deep understanding of the photography and video production market.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market Research and Analysis:

- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients in the photography and video production industry.

- Analyze competitor strategies and market dynamics to formulate effective business development plans.

  1. Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction with our services.

- Identify and engage with new clients through networking, outreach, and participation in industry events.

  1. Sales and Revenue Generation:

- Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and business growth.

- Present our agency's services to potential clients, highlighting the unique value propositions and creative solutions we offer.

  1. Proposal and Contract Development:

- Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and contracts that align with client needs and agency capabilities.

- Collaborate with the production team to ensure accurate and realistic project estimates.

  1. Collaboration with Production Team:

- Work closely with the production team to translate client requirements into feasible projects.

- Act as a liaison between clients and the production team to ensure smooth communication and project execution.

  1. Negotiation and Closing Deals:

- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable contracts.

- Close deals and manage the contract signing process, ensuring clarity and understanding on both sides.

  1. Reporting and Forecasting:

- Provide regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends.

- Contribute to the development of annual business forecasts and strategic planning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in business development within the photography and video production industry.

  • Strong understanding of creative processes and production workflows.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.

  • Knowledge of industry trends and the competitive landscape.

  • Note: This is a full-time work from office profile. Preference to candidates who reside nearby Noida region.

  • Salary Range - 40K Fixed + Incentives
