Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates to meet the organizations staffing needs while ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with company culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.

Conduct initial screening calls and schedule interviews.

Coordinate and facilitate interview processes with managers.

Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements.

Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience (0–1ears) as a recruiter, preferably in HR or talent acquisition.

Strong understanding of recruitment techniques, sourcing strategies, and interview methods.Role & responsibilities
