  • Order Execution & Coordination:
  • Process sales orders, coordinate with the production, purchase, and logistics teams to ensure timely order execution and delivery.
  • Sales Reporting & Documentation:
  • Maintain sales data, update order status, prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports, and assist in maintaining customer databases.
  • Follow-ups & Communication:
  • Follow up with clients on quotations, payments, and delivery schedules; ensure smooth communication between internal departments and clients.
