Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Coordinator to join our team at Hydroflux Engineering Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales team, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth execution of sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cold calling on leads , client followups


• Coordinate with the sales team to manage leads, follow-ups, and order processing.
• Maintain sales records, prepare reports, and update the CRM system.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide relevant product information.
• Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
• Coordinate with internal departments for order fulfilment and dispatch.
• Ensure timely follow-ups on payments and maintain good client relationships.
• Support in organizing sales meetings and maintaining documentation.

Requirements:
• Graduate in any discipline (BBA/MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred).
• 1+ years of experience in sales coordination or a related role.
• Strong communication in English and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
