Key Responsibilities

Sales Operations & Coordination

  • Support the sales team in day-to-day activities, including order processing, sales reporting, and data management.
  • Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely delivery of products and order fulfillment.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales, pricing, promotions, and customer information.
  • Track and follow up on distributor stock levels, secondary sales, and order placements.
  • Assist in the execution of sales plans, promotional campaigns, and product launches.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and performance analyses.
  • Monitor sales performance against targets and provide actionable insights to management.
  • Analyze sales trends and market data to support business decisions.

Distributor Support

  • Ensure distributor compliance with company policies, pricing structures, and promotional schemes.
  • Coordinate and support field sales representatives with sales materials, samples, and trade promotions.

Administrative Support

  • Manage sales documentation
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and sales planning activities.
  • Coordinate sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
  • Perform administrative duties related to office.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Min Bachelor in commerce.
  • 35 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in the FMCG sector.
  • Strong knowledge of FMCG sales processes, distributor management, and trade marketing.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with ERP/CRM systems is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
