Job Description – Hospital Partnerships Consultant

Location: Cuttack & Bhubaneswar (On-ground)

Type: Part-Time / Flexible

Compensation: ₹20,000 per month (Performance-based: for converting 10 hospitals/month)

Our goal is to collaborate with leading healthcare institutions to implement innovative operational models and value-added programs that improve efficiency, patient experience, and outcomes.

Role Overview -

We are seeking a Hospital Partnerships Consultant who has close connections with hospital directors, owners, administrators, or medical superintendents in Cuttack and Bhubaneswar. This person will be responsible for introducing our offerings, scheduling and attending meetings with key decision-makers, and successfully converting them into collaborators or clients.

Key Responsibilities -

  1. Leverage personal/professional network to connect with decision-makers (Directors, Owners, Administrators) of major hospitals and clinics.

  2. Present NPPD CARE's solutions and explain the value proposition clearly.

  3. Schedule and attend meetings with hospital leadership (in person or virtually).

  4. Achieve minimum 10 successful conversions per month (MoU/partnership/collaboration signed).

  5. Maintain relationship management for long-term engagement with hospitals.

  6. Provide weekly progress reports and update the core team on meetings and outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience-

  1. Mandatory: Close personal/professional contacts with hospital directors, owners, or senior management in Cuttack and Bhubaneswar.

  2. Proven experience in business development, hospital liaison, pharma BD, medical equipment sales, or corporate relations in the healthcare sector.

  3. Strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to influence senior stakeholders.

  4. Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and deliver results.

  5. Good understanding of hospital operations and decision-making processes.

Compensation & Incentives -

  1. ₹20,000/month (linked to achieving 10 conversions per month).

  2. Additional performance bonuses for exceeding targets.

  3. Opportunity to grow with NPPD CARE and take on a larger role (consultant → regional partnerships lead).
