Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Telecaller to join our team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients/customers, explaining our products or services, and generating leads or sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads/lists
- Explain company products/services clearly and convincingly
- Handle inbound queries and provide relevant information
- Follow up on leads and maintain customer interest
- Update and maintain daily call reports and CRM records
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets
- Maintain good relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduate preferred)
- Good verbal communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus)
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills
- Positive attitude and ability to handle rejection
- Prior telecalling/sales/customer service experience preferred
