Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telecaller, located in Lucknow. The Telecaller will be responsible for making and receiving calls to clients, handling customer inquiries, providing product information, generating leads, and maintaining call records. They will also follow up with potential clients and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
  • Proficiency in maintaining call records and generating leads
  • Knowledge of product information and ability to convey it clearly
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in the IT or SaaS industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
