A Work From Home Telecaller is responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls remotely. Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
  • Explain company products/services clearly and convincingly.

  • Maintain proper call records and update databases daily.
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets while working independently.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional language].

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, email handling).
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven.
  • Prior telesales/customer service experience preferred but not mandatory.
