Job Description:

Mass Nex Gen LLP is looking for an experienced and result-driven Telecaller to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and prior experience in handling outbound/inbound calls, lead generation, and client follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products/services.
  • Handle inbound inquiries professionally and provide complete information.
  • Generate and qualify leads to support the sales team.
  • Maintain customer records and update the CRM/database regularly.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and close sales.
  • Achieve daily and monthly calling/lead targets.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Telecaller, Customer Care Executive, or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and convincing skills in English and Hindi (other regional languages are a plus).
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethics.

Education:

  • Minimum qualification: Graduate or equivalent.

Salary:

  • As per industry standards (based on experience and performance).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹16,000.00 per month
