We are looking for a Sales Manager with 2–5 years of experience in the travel industry. The role involves leading sales efforts, driving business from corporates, HNIs, and group travelers, mentoring a small team, and ensuring achievement of monthly revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales for business class flights, premium holidays, and corporate travel solutions.
  • Identify, approach, and close deals with corporate & FIT clients and HNIs.
  • Manage and guide team to meet their individual targets.
  • Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and corporate pitches.
  • Negotiate contracts and close high-value sales within defined timelines.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Track team performance using tools and sales reports.
  • Coordinate with operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Stay updated with airline offers, visa rules, and travel trends.

Skills & Requirements

  • 2–5 years of proven experience in travel sales / corporate sales / B2C sales.
  • Strong exposure to business class fares, holidays, MICE, and corporate travel.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to meet and exceed team sales targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and GDS systems (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Tourism, or Hospitality.
