Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and expand our client base. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hotel sales, strong client relationship skills, and the ability to lead strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve hotel revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build long-term client relationships.
  • Manage key accounts, corporate clients, and events bookings.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to maximize guest experience and sales.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5–7 years experience in hotel or hospitality sales.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Knowledge of corporate, MICE, and leisure segments is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35, ₹50,000.00 per month
