Senior Sales Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and expand our client base. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hotel sales, strong client relationship skills, and the ability to lead strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve hotel revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and build long-term client relationships.
- Manage key accounts, corporate clients, and events bookings.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to maximize guest experience and sales.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5–7 years experience in hotel or hospitality sales.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Knowledge of corporate, MICE, and leisure segments is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35, ₹50,000.00 per month
