Senior Sales Manager

The Senior Sales Manager will play a key leadership role in driving sales, building builder partnerships, and leading a team to achieve RIBITTO's revenue objectives. This role demands assuming immense ownership , strong relationship management, and hands-on leadership to build, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy & Revenue Achievement
- Define and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Generate, qualify, and convert leads through field sales, networking, and marketing collaborations.
- Oversee investor engagement activities including property walkthroughs, webinars, and consultations.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and drive consistent achievement across the team.
2. Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Recruit, train, and lead a team of Sales Executives and Callers.
- Set clear goals, assign responsibilities, and review team performance periodically.
- Mentor and motivate the team to deliver strong sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to company sales processes, CRM usage, and reporting discipline.
3.Market Intelligence & Strategic Inputs
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and compliance teams to optimize the sales funnel.
- Provide insights to management on property trends and regional opportunities.
4. Client Relationship & Investor Engagement
- Engage with high-value investors and clients to understand their requirements.
- Present property investment options effectively and ensure transparent communication.
- Build long-term relationships that promote trust, repeat business, and referrals.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 5–12 years of experience in real estate sales, channel partnerships, or investment sales.
- Demonstrated experience in leading sales teams and managing builder relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, and digital communication platforms.
- Willingness to travel frequently for business development and client meetings.

Pay: ₹40, ₹50,000.00 per month
