JOB TITLE : Sales Officer

LOCATION : Hyderabad

REPORTS TO : Area Manager

JOB PURPOSE

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieve Primary & Secondary target.
- Distributor Appointment.
- Market Coverage as per PJP.
- Increasing Availability and visibility of product in market.
- Increasing outlet base and on boarding local supermarkets.
- Timely payment collection from Distributor.
- Clam settlements on monthly basis.
- Submission of Monthly reports on time.
- Competitor benchmarking & market feedback to the Seniors.
- Analysing Sales trend, Competitor benchmarking, understanding market pulse and taking corrective measures keeping reporting manager in loop.

EDUCATION/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Qualification: Graduation in any stream plus basic computer knowledge.

Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in direct selling of incense sticks & dhoops to retailers and wholesalers. (preferred)

Preferred: Basic English & Local language speaking.
