- Schedule site visits and property tours with potential buyers.
- Explain property features, pricing, and benefits to clients.
- Negotiate and close deals effectively.
- Maintain relationships with clients for future business opportunities.
- Stay updated on market trends and real estate developments.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute sales strategies.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Any graduate (BBA, B.Com, BA, MBA preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated with a passion for sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of real estate trends (preferred but not required).
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (preferred).
- Own vehicle and a valid driver’s license (preferred but not mandatory).
