- **Telephonic Etiquette**: Strong persuasive skills and ability to maintain professionalism over the phone.
- **CRM Experience**: Knowledge of CRM systems to manage client data is advantageous.
- **Target-Oriented**: Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
