Role Overview:

We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Sales Manager (Field Sales) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in DOOH or media sales, with the ability to build strong client relationships and achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Identify, approach, and onboard new clients for DOOH advertising.

2.Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies, brands, and corporate clients.

3.Present customized digital media solutions based on client objectives.

4.Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

5.Coordinate with internal teams for smooth campaign execution.

6.Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.

Requirements:

1.Relevant experience in DOOH / OOH / Media Sales preferred.

2.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

3.Proven track record of achieving sales targets (preferred).

4.Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented attitude.

5.Freshers passionate about sales and media are also welcome to apply.

6.Experience: 1–5 years

7.Budget/Salary: Based on experience and performance in the interview.

8.Location: Hyderabad

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
