The
Executive – International Sales
will drive global business development and export growth for Sky Industries' fastening solutions. This role involves identifying international market opportunities, managing export processes, cultivating client relationships.

Responsibilities

Global Business Development

  • Identify and target new international markets and customer segments
  • Conduct research to understand global market trends, competitors, and regulatory landscapes.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with international distributors, trading partners, and end-customers.
  • Conduct outreach via calls, emails, virtual meetings, and in-person visits where applicable.

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute customized sales proposals and quotations tailored to client needs and market standards.
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contract specifics aligned with company policies and profitability goals.

Export Coordination

  • Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, quality, compliance) to ensure smooth export operations and timely deliveries.
  • Manage documentation for international shipments: commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and any sector-specific compliance papers.

Market Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track international sales performance, pipeline volumes, and order status.
  • Prepare insightful reports and forecasts for senior management to inform strategic decisions.

Trade Shows & Industry Events

  • Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and international conferences to showcase products and expand brand presence.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Commerce, or a related field—MBAs preferred.

Strong communication, negotiation, and cross-cultural relationship skills.

Business proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.

Willingness to travel internationally as required.
