Deputy Manager - International Business
Job Overview: Business Development & Execution in the Target Markets that contributes towards company revenue.
Job Location: Mumbai HO
Target Region: Middle East
Industry: Ceramic Tiles, Bathroom Fittings, Stones, Sanitaryware, Tiles Adhesives
Experience:
Atleast 5 years with proven track record
Key Responsibilities:
1 Achieve Sales Revenue for the designated Territory.
2 Ensure Profit Margin in line with Company Objectives.
3 Market Penetration and Expansion.
4 Prompt & Satisfactory Service to customer.
- Market Analysis:
a. Market research to identify opportunities, analyse competition, and evaluate
market trends in targeted region.
b. Analyse data to generate insights and recommend strategy for decision making.
c. Develop and enter the targeted market based on strategies & Market Research to
establish & expand business.
- Business Development:
a. Market Visits.
b. Identify and establish relationships with distributors, agents, and other key partners
in international markets.
c. Negotiate contracts, agreements, tender submission & ensure compliance with
company policies and legal requirements.
d. Maintain and nurture relationships with customers, providing assistance as needed
and thereby ensuring customer satisfaction.
e. End to end execution of orders from quotation to closure of the order.
f. Monitor and follow up on the payments of the customers and ensure timely
collection
- Sales and Marketing Support:
a. Aid in the development and implementation of international sales and marketing
strategies to drive revenue growth and market share expansion.
b. Assist in coordinating marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and sales
initiatives suitable to target markets.
c. Analyse data, and prepare reports to track progress and identify areas for
improvement.
d. Manage exhibition activities.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
a. Collaborate with various departments, including product development, supply
chain, finance, and marketing, to support international business initiatives.
b. Assist in facilitating communication and knowledge-sharing across teams to ensure
alignment with corporate goals and objectives.
- Risk Management Support:
a. Assist in identifying potential risks and challenges associated with international
operations, including regulatory compliance and geopolitical issues.
b. Support the development of risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to
address identified risks effectively.
c. Stay informed about changes in international trade policies, regulations, and market
dynamics, providing updates and recommendations to the internal stakeholders.
