Role Overview:

The Brand Manager at Ausnya will be a hands-on marketing expert, blending strategic brand stewardship with creative execution. This person will lead branding, content creation, campaign planning, and performance analysis, effectively acting as an "all-in-one" marketing powerhouse. If you love crafting compelling stories, designing captivating creatives, and driving growth through innovative marketing, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and execute end-to-end marketing plans aligned with Ausnya's brand vision and business goals.
  • Create eye-catching and on-brand marketing collateral including digital banners, social media creatives, presentations, and advertisements.
  • Oversee content production (writing, graphic design, video editing) either independently or in collaboration with external partners.
  • Manage brand consistency across all customer touchpoints, ensuring a unified voice and visual identity.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (social media, email, digital ads, events), optimizing for engagement and ROI.
  • Analyze campaign results and market trends to continually refine strategy and creatives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer service teams to align messaging and drive business impact.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field (equivalent experience can be considered).
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing with a strong emphasis on brand management and creative content production.
  • Proficient in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite—Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Canva) and basic video editing software.
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities with attention to brand tone and audience engagement.
  • Hands-on familiarity with digital marketing platforms: social media management, email marketing tools, paid ads, etc.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using marketing analytics tools to track KPIs and campaign performance.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Self-starter attitude with ability to work independently and adapt swiftly to changing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a startup or fast-growing brand environment.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and content marketing strategies.
