Location: Gurgaon
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the hospitals branding and marketing strategy in line with overall business goals.
- Plan and execute brand campaigns, events, and promotional activities to enhance hospital visibility and reputation.
- Drive consistent brand communication across print, digital, and outdoor media.
- Coordinate with creative agencies for content, design, and media planning.
- Monitor brand performance metrics, patient perception, and market positioning.
- Manage digital marketing initiatives – social media, SEO, website content, and online reputation.
- Collaborate with internal departments (clinical, operations, and HR) for hospital events, CME programs, and patient engagement activities.
- Ensure uniformity in branding across hospital units — signage, collaterals, and communication materials.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Prepare and manage annual branding budget and ensure cost-effective execution.
- Support the launch of new services, departments, or hospital units through targeted campaigns.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Qualification: MBA / PGDM in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in brand management, healthcare marketing, or hospital communications.
- Strong understanding of healthcare consumer behavior and patient experience.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools.
- Creative, strategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple projects.
