About the Role:

Benda Infotech is looking for an energetic and result-driven US IT Recruitment Team Leader to manage and mentor a team of recruiters for our US-based clients. The ideal candidate should have a commanding presence, strong leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and guide a team while also contributing as a team player.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of US IT recruiters and ensure daily/weekly recruitment targets are met.
  • Conduct team briefings, distribute job requirements, and assign tasks.
  • Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates for various IT positions in the US market.
  • Use job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, TechFetch, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Coordinate with clients/account managers to understand job requirements and deliver top-quality profiles.
  • Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to team members.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of candidates and ensure quick turnaround.
  • Possess strong knowledge of US hiring practices, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and work authorizations (USC, GC, H1B, etc.).
  • Handle candidate negotiations, follow-ups, and onboarding processes.
  • Keep the team motivated, set goals, and foster a high-performance culture.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in US IT Recruitment / US Staffing.
  • Prior experience in leading or mentoring a team is a must.
  • Strong leadership qualities with a commanding voice and ability to take charge.
  • Proven ability to motivate and lead by example in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sound knowledge of US recruitment ecosystem and job market.
  • Willingness to work in Night Shift (8 PM – 5 AM IST).
