Job Title: Team Lead – US IT Recruitment

Location: Newtown, Kolkata

Experience Required: 3 to 5 Years

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month

Shift: Night Shift (US Shift) – 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM IST (Monday to Friday)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Team Lead – US IT Recruitment to join our growing team in Newtown, Kolkata. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in US IT recruitment, strong knowledge of technical profiles, various visa classifications, and the ability to manage and mentor a team of recruiters effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of US IT Recruiters to meet recruitment targets and deadlines.
  • Work closely with the management team to define recruitment strategies and drive hiring results.
  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for IT positions across various technologies and domains.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process – from job requisition to offer closure.
  • Use job boards, social media, and other sourcing tools like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn.
  • Have a clear understanding of various US Visa types (H1B, GC, USC, TN, CPT, OPT, etc.).
  • Conduct technical screenings to assess candidate suitability.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates and keep accurate records of all recruitment activity.
  • Provide training, feedback, and performance evaluation for team members.
  • Coordinate with clients or Account Managers on job requirements and candidate submissions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years of proven experience in US IT Recruitment, with at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role.
  • Strong understanding of US hiring processes, IT technologies, and technical job roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of visa classifications and employment regulations in the US.
  • Proficiency in using ATS systems, job boards, and sourcing tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Willingness to work in the night shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM IST).
