**Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement social media marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

Manage and create engaging content across all social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, and others.

Monitor, track, and analyze social media performance using analytics tools to measure success and optimize campaigns.

Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build relationships with online communities.

Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Collaborate with other marketing teams to create cohesive and integrated campaigns across digital channels.

Run social media ad campaigns, including paid advertising, and manage budgets to optimize ROI.

Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility.

Create social media reports and present performance insights to key stakeholders.

Assist in the development of creative concepts, copywriting, and graphic design for social media content.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist, Social Media Manager, or similar role.

In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their algorithms.

Strong understanding of social media analytics and performance tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Hootsuite, Sprout Social).

Excellent communication and writing skills.

Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging and visually appealing content.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Familiarity with paid advertising on social platforms is a plus.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Later). Freshers can also apply

Graphic design skills or knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).

Video editing skills for social media content creation (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).
