We always prioritize optimizing conversion rates and delivering positive results for our clients **About the Role**: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Tele caller to join our growing Digital Marketing team In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to domestic customers to generate leads, promote our digital marketing services, and answer their questions. **Responsibilities**: - Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce them to our digital marketing services. - Generate qualified leads by understanding customer needs and matching them with the right solutions. - Answer customer questions about our services in a clear, concise, and professional manner. - Schedule appointments for sales representatives to follow up with qualified leads. - Maintain accurate records of all calls and interactions. - Contribute to achieving daily, weekly, and monthly call targets. - Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices. **Qualifications**: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to clearly and persuasively communicate over the phone. - Strong listening and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficient in using a computer and phone. - Experience in sales or telemarketing is a plus. - Knowledge of digital marketing concepts is a plus. - Minimum qualification: 12th standard pass. **Stipend**: - ₹8,000 - ₹12,000 per month, based on performance. **Benefits**: - Opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Gain valuable experience in digital marketing. - Competitive salary and benefits package. **To Apply**: **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: From ₹9,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Cell phone reimbursement - Internet reimbursement Schedule: - Day shift - Fixed shift - Weekend availability Supplemental pay types: - Performance bonus - Yearly bonus **Education**: - Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred) Work Location: In person
