Job Summary:
We are looking for a Telecaller to boost our sales by reaching out to current and potential clients. The role involves making outbound calls to generate sales leads, introduce new products or services, and close sales. The Telecaller will also handle customer inquiries and resolve any complaints.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to customers and prospects to promote products or services.
- Explain the features, advantages, and benefits of products or services to potential customers.
- Answer incoming calls from customers to take orders, answer inquiries, and resolve complaints.
- Maintain a database of customer details and call history.
- Follow up on leads generated through various sources.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Keep abreast of product information and promotions.
- Provide customers with product and service information.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate person or department.
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar sales/customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to persuade, influence, and negotiate effectively.
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Should be target-driven and result-oriented.
- High school diploma; additional certification in telemarketing or a related field is a plus.
