We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to join our team. As a Telecalling Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers with the goal of generating sales leads or setting appointments. Your main objective will be to promote our products or services over the phone and build positive relationships with prospects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
- Present and promote company products or services to prospective clients.
- Explain the features and benefits of products or services, answering any questions from customers.
- Obtain customer information and update the database with relevant details.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor during calls.
- Identify and overcome objections from customers.
- Set appointments for sales representatives when needed.
- Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telemarketing or telecalling preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage prospects over the phone.
- Persuasive and goal-oriented.
- Ability to work well within a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
