**Key Responsibilities**:
- Calling active and budding clients to encourage the purchase of our service.
- Obtaining and updating lists of individuals' contact details.
- Converting calls to sales.
- Addressing clients' uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time.
- Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts to convert sales.
**Requirements**:
- Prior experience as a Customer Relationship Executive or similar.
- Completion of a sales-related training program is preferred.
- Experience in the medical field is preferred.
- Verbal communication in English, Hindi and Bengali.
- Good knowledge on MS office.
