Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Tele Caller to join our team. As a Tele Caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers and prospects to promote our services, generate leads, and build client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to clients and prospects to promote services.

2. Generate leads, set appointments, and close sales.

3. Provide excellent customer service, resolving queries and addressing concerns.

4. Update clients information and sales data in CRM systems.

5. Meet daily 100 call targets.

6. Follow approved scripts and guidelines for consistency and brand messaging.

**Requirements**:
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

2. Strong sales and customer service skills.

3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.

4. Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office

Working Days - Monday to Saturday

Working Time - 10:30am to 7:30pm

Location : Kolkata, Tollygunge

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
