Aayu Services is seeking an experienced Sales Tele Calling Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Tele Calling Executive, you will play a crucial role in converting potential clients and contributing to the growth of our business. This position offers the flexibility of working from home, provided you have access to a reliable laptop and internet connection.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote our services and products.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of Aayu Services to prospective clients.
- Identify and understand customer needs and requirements to offer tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Keep accurate records of interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for generating leads and expanding the customer base.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market competition.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Tele Calling Executive or similar sales/customer service role (1-2 years).
- Graduation from a recognized institution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to persuade and influence others effectively.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Work ethic and willingness to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
