**Key Responsibilities**:

- Research and identify potential projects on online freelance platforms.
- Prepare and submit high-quality bids and proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Communicate effectively with potential clients to negotiate terms and clarify project details.
- Manage and follow-up on bids to ensure successful project acquisition.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver projects in accordance with client expectations.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to optimize bidding strategies.
- Maintain an organized database of bids submitted and projects acquired.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as an online bidder or in a similar role.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to write persuasive and clear proposals.
- Familiarity with online bidding platforms and freelance market dynamics.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in using standard office software and online tools.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in specific industries or niches related to our business.
- Knowledge of project management tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple bids concurrently.
