**Job Role**: US IT Recruiter

**Shift Timing**: Night (Monday to Friday)

**Job Type**: On Site

**Job Description-**
- Screening resume, conduct preliminary interviews.
- Facilitated interview process and coordinating with hiring team.
- Create and execute strategies to attract IT professionals.
- Manage the offer process including salary negotiations
- handle all recruitment related documentation, including offer letters, employment contracts and onboarding paper work.

Qualification/ Traits
- Minimum two to three years of IT Recruitment experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Associated with IT industry and current market trend.
- Expertise in using recruitment software and tools.
- Bachelor's degree or relevant degree

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
