Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Team Leader role located in the Kolkata metropolitan area for Kotak Life Insurance PVT Ltd. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of insurance agents, setting and achieving team goals, providing training and support, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
