Go-To-Market (Sales) Associate

About the Role
We are seeking a Go-To-Market (GTM) Associate to support the launch and market expansion of our product. This role will drive lead generation, outreach, customer acquisition, and strategic positioning. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has 5+ years of experience in GTM strategy, market research, or sales execution, preferably in the B2B SaaS sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify potential clients, partners, and collaborators. Develop structured outreach lists and coordinate communication campaigns across platforms.
- Market Intelligence & Entity Mapping: Maintain a database of key organizations and stakeholders in target markets. Map relationships to support GTM segmentation and targeting.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with marketing, partnerships, and research teams to align outreach activities with broader campaign objectives.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Create dashboards and reports tracking outreach impact, engagement metrics, and platform effectiveness to refine future GTM strategies.
Key Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree
- Proven experience in GTM strategy, business development, or sales within B2B SaaS
- Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to build GTM strategies
- Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments
